95% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo Nero with three months in French oak.
This is an impressively flavoursome Chianti with intense aromas of cherry and raspberry with hints of exotic spice and white pepper. On the palate there is the addition of red cherry spicey liquorice and great acidity.
Excellent with salted pork meats, cheese, pasta dishes, white and read meats.
