Pale Ale, 1pt, 5.5%
Coded Tiles packs a flavorful punch, and is nothing short of juicy, hazy, and awesome. Double dry hopped with Cascade, Simcoe, Citra, Columbus, and Comet, coded tiles gives off heavy aromas of orange juice, mango, and pine. The body was dirty-hay colored, and very hazy with a thin head that remained through with a touch of lacing. There was a fair amount of carbonation. The body was creamy, almost yogurt-like, yet it was also so light and easy to drink. There was no hop bite or vegetal greenness from the hops. Bitterness was extremely low on this one. Intense flavors of mango, pineapple, pine, and orange zest are all on the forefront. There is a light malt backbone that balances all of this out. Nothing is over-done, or too sweet. The finish is dry and short and leaves you craving another sip.
